This project was developed for Beyoğlu Municipality with the goal of creating a centralized video platform where all video content — including service promotions, event coverage, and public messages — could be hosted, shared, and archived. The platform aimed to function as a digital hub for both residents and the broader public, offering easy access to the municipality’s visual communications.

The interface was designed to be user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and visually aligned with the municipality’s existing digital presence. Videos from global platforms (like YouTube or Vimeo) could be easily embedded, categorized, and tagged for searchability. A key design priority was enabling seamless social sharing, allowing any video to be quickly distributed across various platforms to maximize visibility and civic engagement.

Beyond media display, the platform also served as a gateway to the municipality’s services — connecting video content to relevant municipal programs, announcements, and initiatives. This dual purpose strengthened public understanding of local government work while also promoting transparency and accessibility.

The result was a modern, functional, and scalable video portal that enhanced Beyoğlu Municipality’s communication efforts. The project not only elevated the digital presentation of city services but also empowered the community to engage with content more meaningfully through a dedicated and well-structured platform.
