Alkmar Ship Agency, established in 2020 and headquartered in Istanbul, operates under the umbrella of Alkoç Group, providing agency services to global shipping companies. The brand needed a strong digital foundation that could reflect its growing international role while staying true to its maritime heritage.

I was responsible for the full scope of digital and brand development, including:

• A bold and refined logo design featuring a lighthouse symbol and Alkoç Group's core color palette, symbolizing stability, guidance, and long-term vision

• A modern, innovative website UI, designed to reflect Alkmar’s professional image and global capability

• Full frontend development and a custom-built CMS in PHP tailored to the company’s operational workflow

To enhance the website’s functionality and serve maritime professionals efficiently, I also developed:

• A PDA cost calculator for rapid quotation requests

• An interactive Wind Direction & Speed Simulator with 24-hour forecast coverage for Turkish seas

• A Wave Height & Direction Simulation tool

• A real-time Marine Weatherwise module, aggregating critical navigational data

These tools were fully custom-coded in response to Alkmar’s operational needs, providing both functionality and a competitive digital edge.
