Microsoft Customer Journey Isometric Illustration Design
This project involved designing a comprehensive customer journey visualization for Microsoft, aimed at showcasing the company’s digital and in-store tools that enhance the end-to-end sales and customer experience. The primary goal was to illustrate how Microsoft enables seamless interactions across every touchpoint — from pre-sales engagement to in-store consultation and beyond.
To bring the journey to life, I developed a detailed isometric illustration, allowing a spatial and layered storytelling approach. Each stage of the journey — discovery, comparison, consultation, purchase, and post-sale service — was visually represented using clean, modern, and intuitive illustrations. The isometric perspective allowed for complexity without clutter, making it easy to follow for business stakeholders and end users alike.
The design employed a balance of illustrative charm and corporate clarity. Icons, characters, and digital interfaces were custom-designed to align with Microsoft’s brand identity, while maintaining visual consistency across the full journey map. A harmonious color palette and modular layout ensured scalability for print, presentation, and digital usage.
This visual journey map became a powerful communication asset for Microsoft, used in internal presentations, client meetings, and retail training sessions. It successfully translated abstract service elements into a clear, engaging, and strategic visual — helping Microsoft articulate the value of a truly connected customer experience.
