Driving Loyalty: Dacia Duster Post-Purchase Welcome Email Design

In 2018, I designed a post-purchase email for Dacia Duster, aimed at enhancing the customer experience following their vehicle purchase. The objective was to maintain engagement by introducing additional benefits and cross-selling opportunities in a timely, well-crafted message.

The email design followed Dacia’s brand guidelines, ensuring a friendly and trustworthy tone. Visually, it reflected the rugged and adventurous spirit of the Duster, while the layout strategically guided the user to explore accessories, service plans, and exclusive offers tailored to their new vehicle.

Beyond visual design, I also developed the email in HTML, optimizing it for mobile responsiveness and email client compatibility. The result was a professional, user-friendly communication that extended the brand’s relationship with the customer beyond the showroom — fostering brand loyalty and increasing the likelihood of follow-up purchases.
