Serap Kasa is a chef, traveler, and culinary storyteller who brings together nature’s palette and a world of flavors. After years of exploring diverse food cultures across the globe — from Europe to Asia, and especially in Singapore where Chinese, Malay, and Indian cuisines converge — she built a rich culinary identity rooted in natural ingredients, color harmony, and authentic techniques.

In 2015, she launched her own restaurant, and in 2018, during her time in Singapore, she not only deepened her understanding of Asian cuisines but also introduced Turkish culinary richness to international circles. Upon returning to Turkey, she decided to share her accumulated knowledge through a food blog — a place where recipes, stories, and visual inspiration could meet.

To bring this vision to life, I designed and developed a custom website tailored entirely to Serap Kasa’s unique needs. The platform was built to elegantly host both video and written content, offering an intuitive and inviting user experience. From the initial interface design to front-end development using modern libraries — and finally a bespoke PHP-based CMS — every detail was crafted to give her full creative control and flexibility.

The blog thrived for two years, receiving strong traffic and highly positive feedback from users. Though the site was eventually closed due to personal reasons, it served as a meaningful digital extension of Serap Kasa’s culinary journey — celebrating natural flavor, cultural diversity, and personal expression.
