Naci Alkoç Maritime Education Foundation – Brand Identity & Website Design

Commissioned by G. Burak Alkoç, Chairman of Alkoç Group, this project involved the creation of the full visual identity and digital presence for the Naci Alkoç Maritime Education Foundation, established in memory of his father.

The foundation aims to create equal opportunities in education for aspiring Turkish maritime professionals — supporting passionate young individuals who dream of the sea but need assistance to pursue academic and professional training. Beyond scholarships, the foundation provides access to vital resources such as training halls, libraries, educational materials, and learning tools.

In alignment with the foundation’s mission and values, I designed a logo and visual identity that embodies dignity, trust, and maritime spirit — blending tradition with a forward-looking tone. The design is clean yet symbolic, capturing the essence of both legacy and aspiration.

The accompanying website was developed to serve as an informative and accessible portal for students, donors, and stakeholders alike. Built from scratch with custom UI and a tailored CMS, it enables clear communication of the foundation’s initiatives, application processes, and impact stories.

The result is a cohesive and inspiring brand that honors heritage while shaping new horizons for the next generation of Turkish seafarers.
