Microsoft Compliance Manager Seminar Ad

This print ad was designed to promote Microsoft’s webinar on KVKK compliance and risk management, introducing the capabilities of Microsoft Compliance Manager to a targeted professional audience. The campaign was placed in financial newspapers and business magazines — carefully chosen to reach decision-makers and professionals in the fields of law, IT governance, and data protection.

The creative direction was shaped by a clear insight from the brief: the target group included mid-to-senior age professionals with relatively lower levels of digital literacy. To address this, the design prioritized clarity, simplicity, and a sense of trust. Visual elements were selected and composed with accessibility in mind, using direct iconography and a clean layout to ensure the message was immediately understood.

The ad’s structure led the reader smoothly from problem to solution: raising awareness of data compliance risks, then introducing Microsoft Compliance Manager as an intuitive and powerful tool to manage them. The call to action for webinar registration was prominent and easy to follow, supported by a visual hierarchy that balanced authority with approachability.

The result was a design that not only met the client’s expectations but also delivered strong results — generating a high number of registrations for the seminar. By aligning the visual language with the demographic and platform, the ad successfully bridged the gap between technology and traditional business communication.
