Arçelik – “Sensiz Olmaz” Loyalty Program Interface Design

Arçelik, a leading brand in consumer electronics and home appliances, launched “Sensiz Olmaz”, a personalized loyalty platform designed to reward and engage its most valued customers. The program offers exclusive access to products, services, and curated events, enhancing long-term brand connection and customer retention.

I was brought in to design the user interface of the “Sensiz Olmaz” platform — ensuring it aligned with Arçelik’s brand identity, tone, and digital expectations. The design emphasized:

  • Clarity and accessibility for a wide user base

  • Visual harmony with Arçelik’s corporate design language

  • Seamless UX for exploring benefits, rewards, and event participation

The interface was carefully structured to encourage repeat visits and interaction, supporting the emotional dimension of brand loyalty through intuitive design.
