Visualizing the Future of Work in Turkey
As part of Microsoft’s ongoing thought leadership efforts around the future of work, I was commissioned to design a data-driven infographic based on recent research findings. Titled “Hybrid Work Is Here to Stay in Turkey”, the visual piece highlighted key statistics, employee trends, and organizational insights from Microsoft’s market study.
My responsibilities included:

Structuring the content to balance clarity and engagement, making complex data accessible to a broad audience

Designing a visually cohesive infographic aligned with Microsoft’s brand identity, using consistent color palette, typography, and iconography

Creating a layout optimized for multi-platform distribution, including social media, newsletters, and press kits
The infographic helped Microsoft effectively communicate its leadership position in hybrid work practices and added visual impact to its research-backed insights.
It received strong engagement from both media outlets and corporate audiences, reinforcing Microsoft’s message that hybrid work is not a trend—but the new standard.
